NorthFlow HQ is the business system NorthFlow Digital Inc. runs on. Our team uses it to keep track of clients, projects, proposals and agreements, invoices and payments, and the calls people book with us. Our clients see their part of it through the client portal.

What the Google connection does

NorthFlow HQ can connect to the Google Calendar of the NorthFlow team member who takes our calls. With that connection:

  • Our booking page shows real availability. HQ checks only whether a time is free or busy (calendar.freebusy) and offers the open slots. It never reads the details of other events.
  • Each booking lands on our calendar. When someone books a call, HQ creates one event with a Google Meet link and the guest invited. If the booking is moved or cancelled, HQ updates or deletes that same event (calendar.events). HQ changes only events it created.

Only NorthFlow staff connect a Google account, and they can disconnect it at any time in HQ under Settings, Integrations, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Google user data is never sold, shared or used for advertising. NorthFlow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who can sign in

NorthFlow HQ is private. Only NorthFlow staff sign in to it, and clients sign in to their own portal. There is no public sign-up.
